I would suspect PHP 8.2 is too new for Joomla 3.10. According to https://manual.joomla.org/docs/4.4/get- ... quirements the recommended version for 3.10 is PHP 8.0.x
Test your update to Joomla on a local server installed on your PC.
You can do this by installing a local web server on your PC (e.g. Wamp server) and move your site there, update then move it back to the live site.
Download Wamp Server: https://wampserver.aviatechno.net
WAMP installs and runs in Windows. It has additional modules (being PHP versions for example) so you can test these with your site.
Copy your site: https://docs.joomla.org/Copying_a_Joomla_website
If you can't use Akeeba Backup and Kickstart, then download the files by FTP and export your database using phpMyAdmin, then import it into MysQL on WAMPServer.
