Hi,

I contacted the support team from my host.

I got the following answer from Host support team:
"It may be possible to set the session path manually via the configuration.php file. Please open this file in your File Manager and add the following line of code after the line <?php:

ini_set('session.save_path','/tmp'); "


I Added the code line to configuration.php and saved it on the site. I still get the same errors.


Host support then requested screen recording of the issues/problem.
This was done and send back to support team.

The answer I got back said:
"Unfortunately, after taking a closer look and double-checking things on our end, we have not found further reason for this issue as the method of editing the path manually via the configuration.php file has been done correctly.

In this case, we highly advise you to contact Joomla support once again and let them know that the path was manually changed, and request that they provide more guidance on this as it relates to the CMS. Our support regarding Joomla is unfortunately limited as this is an external tool."

Any suggestions?
